Dr. Lee is also licensed Emergency Room Attending Physician, Licensed Paramedic, and serves as Medical Director for the LA Bureau of EMS. He is FMCSA Certified to perform DOT Physical Examinations and is a member of the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners (NRCME). Dr. Lee has also received specialized OSHA Injury Classification training and is trained and approved to conduct Veteran (VA) Medical Examinations.

Theleisha Antoine is from New Iberia, Louisiana and is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 13 years of healthcare experience across primary care, home health, medical-surgical, behavioral health, perioperative nursing, and community-based patient care. Recognized for compassionate leadership, strong clinical judgment, patient advocacy, and delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care across diverse populations. She is FMCSA Certified to perform DOT Physical Examinations and is a member of the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners (NRCME). Theleisha has also received specialized OSHA Injury Classification training and is trained and approved to conduct Veteran (VA) Medical Examinations.
Dr. John Somner is a Navy Veteran and is from Lafayette, Louisiana and is a 2001 graduate of Ross University School of Medicine He completed his internship in Surgery at the Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans, LA in 2002 and then trained in Anesthesiology at St. Vincents Hospital in Manhattan, NY where he gained extensive experience in critical care and pulmonary medicine. In 2010, Dr Somner completed his residency training in Family Medicine at the University of Texas Health Sciences Center in San Antonio, TX. and has a special interest in Occupational and Environmental Medicine.

Chad Gaspard has over 33 years of experience ranging from field level Oil & Gas Production Operations at the start of his career, all the way up through the HSE and Compliance ranks in a corporate capacity for an oil company, to Management and Executive roles in the safety and medical service industries.
Chad has faced many of the challenges one could expect while working in remote oilfields on land and offshore and has a proven track record of meeting these challenges head on by providing effective case management and common-sense solutions to address those challenges. Chad has handled offshore and onshore oilfield injury case management, served on Incident Management Teams, HSE and Corporate Steering Committees, and has led investigation teams through high level incidents involving both company and contractor related assets.
Ryan Touchet has over 30 years of experience in the oil & gas industry, Ryan Touchet has built a career defined by vision, resilience, and long-term impact. Beginning as a fabricator on offshore platforms, he developed a deep respect for craftsmanship, safety, and the discipline required to succeed in demanding environments.
Over the course of his career, Ryan advanced into senior roles spanning Estimating, Project Management, Business Development, and Account Management. His ability to see beyond individual projects and focus on sustainable growth has positioned him as a strategic leader committed to building organizations that last. Ryan specializes in Oil & Gas construction, process equipment, and safety management, bringing both technical expertise and executive perspective to every initiative. He believes true leadership is measured not only by results, but by the strength of the team, the trust of clients, and the legacy left behind.
