Guardian Medical & Safety LLC has adopted a rigerous pre-employment drug & alcohol screening, fit-for-duty physical, and background verification process to assure we hire only the best. Guardian is a member of DISA Global Solutions which ensures that we maintain a higher than industry standard pre-employment and random testing program.

We have established an Ethics Hotline and adopted a Whistleblower Policy to provide employees and contractors with a clear and anonymous procedure to report any potential legal violations or wrongdoing.
